DMCA Policy

Nuggets Jazz Prediction ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Nuggets Jazz Prediction website, please notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file an effective DMCA notice of claimed infringement, your notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work, such as the title of the work, and the author's name (if applicable). For multiple copyrighted works, a representative list of such works is acceptable.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and its location on the Nuggets Jazz Prediction website (e.g., URL or other specific location information sufficient to allow us to locate the material).
  3. Your contact information: Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement of accuracy and authorization: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take whatever action we deem appropriate, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Nuggets Jazz Prediction website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the specific URL or location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number: Provide your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Nuggets Jazz Prediction may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or physical signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may, in our sole discretion, restore the removed material after 10 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity.
